Our pilot ambassador program is at Thistletown Collegiate. The students there have a great culinary program, and they’re going to use their skills and smarts to create a kick-ass food experience at their school.

For our first meeting with the TCI ambassadors, we brought along Susur Lee. He’s one of our favourite chefs and a huge supporter of My Food My Way. We hung out for a while and talked about eating well, being passionate about food, and making real changes to the TCI cafeteria.

Everyone got pretty stoked about working together and making a difference at their school.
